photoEryn has worked in public involvement and outreach since 1998 and has nine years of experience as a city planner. She has designed and implemented public involvement and outreach programs for numerous land use, redevelopment/urban renewal, transportation and neighborhood projects in Oregon, Washington and California. Prior to joining JLA, Eryn worked as a Long Range Planner and Assistant to the City Manager in the City of Lake Oswego Oregon and as a Development Officer with the San Jose Redevelopment Agency. In those positions, Eryn worked closely with neighborhood associations and established training programs for the public and staff on issues of involvement and effective meeting facilitation.
