photo Jeanne is one of the Northwest’s leaders in public involvement, with 30 years of experience designing and implementing programs on hundreds of decision-making processes. She has successfully built consensus on numerous highly contentious transportation, scenic, water resource and land use projects. Jeanne is known for her respectful, easy-going style, her depth of knowledge about the policy development process, and her ability to engage all parties in a meaningful dialogue. Jeanne is nationally recognized in the field, having served as a Director of the International Association for Public Participation. She helped develop public participation core values adopted by numerous federal and regional agencies.
