She has designed and implemented public involvement and outreach programs for numerous transportation, water resource, and land use projects in Oregon and Washington. Kristen has superior organizational and communication skills, and has extensive experience managing committees, designing and facilitating public meetings, conducting stakeholder interviews, crafting public information materials, and coordinating all aspects of project management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development from Portland State University and is pursuing a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning at Portland State University.
