Shareen Rawlings

Shareen has worked in public involvement and community outreach for over 5 years. She has worked on a number of community development and land use projects throughout the state of Oregon, Montana, as well as abroad. Before coming to JLA, Shareen helped to design and implement a public involvement strategic plan for a small community in rural Greece interested in sustainable redevelopment after a series of natural disasters. Shareen has a strong background in community outreach and land use planning, with extensive experience in the development of interactive educational materials, facilitation of public meetings, and project management. She holds a Masters degree in Community and Regional Planning as well as a graduate certificate in Not-for-Profit Management from the University of Oregon.
